Cogo Bundle & Save Offer Terms
Summary
Purchase more than one eligible product through Carbon Savers and save on every additional product.
Buy any eligible product and receive:
- $500 off each additional heat pump, heating and cooling system, solar system or battery
- $300 off an additional EV charger
There is no limit of one discount per customer. The more eligible products you purchase together, the more you can save.
Examples
If you purchase a heat pump, solar system, battery and EV charger, you will receive a total discount of $1,300:
- First product: No bundle discount
- Second product: $500 off
- Third product: $500 off
- EV charger: $300 off
Terms and Conditions
The Cogo Bundle & Save Offer is offered by Carbon Savers Pty Ltd, trading as Carbon Savers.
The offer is available to eligible customers referred to Carbon Savers through Cogo during the promotional period.
Promotional Period
The offer commences on 1st August 2026 and ends on 31st December 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier. Any withdrawal or change will not affect an offer already accepted by Carbon Savers.
Eligibility to Qualify
To qualify, the customer must purchase at least two eligible products from Carbon Savers for the same residential property.
Eligible Products
Eligible products are:
- Hot water heat pumps
- Heating and cooling systems
- Solar systems
- Battery systems
- EV chargers
Discount Structure
The first eligible product purchased does not receive a bundle discount. A discount applies to every additional eligible product purchased as part of the qualifying bundle.
The applicable discounts are:
- $500 off each additional hot water heat pump, heating and cooling system, solar system or battery system
- $300 off each additional EV charger
The offer is not limited to one discount per customer. Customers purchasing three or more eligible products may receive a discount on each product after the first.
Where products have different discount values, Carbon Savers will apply the offer in a way that provides the customer with the highest available total bundle discount.
Bundling Rules
All products must be included in the same accepted proposal or in related proposals approved by Carbon Savers as part of the same bundle. The products do not need to be installed on the same day.
What's Excluded from the Offer
The offer applies to complete product supply and installation packages. It does not apply to standalone accessories, upgrades, replacement parts, servicing, repairs or additional installation work unless Carbon Savers agrees otherwise in writing.
Conditions
The offer is subject to:
- A property and installation assessment
- Product availability
- The property being suitable for the selected products
- The customer meeting Carbon Savers’ standard eligibility, payment and finance requirements
- Any applicable government rebate, incentive or program requirements
Government Rebates & Incentives
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the discount is applied after any eligible government rebates or incentives have been deducted from the standard quoted price.
Transferability
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or property, or applied retrospectively to products purchased before the promotional period.
Combining Offers
The offer cannot be used with another Carbon Savers discount or promotional offer on the same product unless Carbon Savers confirms otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels or removes a product and no longer purchases at least two eligible products, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Carbon Savers may recalculate the remaining order using the pricing and discounts that would have applied without the cancelled product.
Refunds
If part of a qualifying bundle is refunded or cancelled, any refund will be calculated after accounting for the bundle discount applied to the overall purchase. This does not limit any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Standard Terms
Standard Carbon Savers product, installation, payment, finance, warranty and cancellation terms continue to apply.
Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Verification
Carbon Savers may verify a customer’s Cogo referral and eligibility before applying the offer.
