Great service, great communication with the new install of my hot water heater pump.
Installation escalated as old gas unit faulty and they installed it within 2 days.
The installers were knowledgeable and friendly.
Thanks to Issac who took the time to help explain the rebates and stayed on the phone the whole time to make sure all the details were entered correctly.

Carbon Savers installed our Emerald heat-pump hot water system.  During its warranty period, hot water at inside taps suddenly dropped to 'barely warm'.  Emerald's information booklets said to contact the supplier should this occur, which I did.

It's easy for a company to promise to provide high quality, rapid post-installation service.  It's something else for a company to live up to its promise and arrange quick on-site inspection that leads to immediate fixing of a post-installation problem.

A special thank you to Carbon Savers' Irish-accented lass who responded to a text in which I mentioned (while discussing a completely different product) that my first phone call to Carbon Savers (the previous day) had led to a trial solution for fixing a heat pump hot water problem, a solution that had not fixed the problem.

Without my needing to ask for special attention, a new, second request for company follow-up was lodged on my behalf. This led to a follow-up phone call from Carbon Savers.  When I explained what had happened, I was assured there would be an on-site visit the next morning...which happened as promised, with the hot water problem solved within a few minutes.

Emerald should be most pleased that a warranty service was provided so rapidly and effectively by Carbon Savers, thus preserving the reputation of Emerald's all-in-one hot water system.

From installation to helpful phone calls and texts, every step, including use of the Emerald App, leads me to recommend Carbon Savers without reservation.  The heat pump hot water system that Carbon Savers selected for our house -- with its limited installation space -- is now working well and, as hoped, substantially reducing the cost of providing our household with hot water (previously provided by an increasingly more expensive gas hot water system).

I am always happy to pay a fair price -- not necessarily the cheapest one advertised online -- when a product is backed by such outstanding post-installation service as we received from Carbon Savers.
