Yes. With our repayment plan you can get started with $0 upfront, subject to eligibility and approval. Terms and fees apply.
It depends on what you install. Solar panels come with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty, and inverters and batteries with 10 years. Heat pumps come with 10 years on the tank and 7 years on the compressor. On top of that, our workmanship is covered for 10 years, including parts, labour and any damage to your property. You’ll find the details on each product page.

Yes. We don’t install and disappear. Solar and battery systems are monitored live, so we’re told straight away if there’s a fault, and we can often fix it remotely or organise a visit. We run a health check at 12 months and service your system for free at 2 years.
Most quality heat pump hot water systems last around 10 to 15 years or more, and solar panels are built to perform for decades, which is why they carry a 30-year performance warranty. Regular servicing and good airflow around outdoor units help them last.
It depends on where you live and what you install. In Victoria, Solar Victoria offers rebates on solar panels and hot water, and the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program gives discounts on heat pump hot water and reverse-cycle heating and cooling. Nationally, solar systems and some heat pumps earn small-scale technology certificates (STCs), and the Cheaper Home Batteries Program gives a discount on eligible batteries. In NSW, the Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) offers incentives too.
Yes. We’re fully accredited with the Victorian Energy Upgrades scheme (VEU) and NSW’s Energy Savings Scheme (ESS).

Often, yes. Rebates from different programs can usually be combined on the same upgrade, as long as you meet each program’s rules. For example, a hot water heat pump in Victoria can qualify for a federal discount, a Victorian Energy Upgrades discount and a Solar Homes rebate together. What you can combine depends on the product, your state and your eligibility, so we’ll check it for you and show every discount on your quote.
