What is a heat pump?

Like a fridge, in reverse.

A fridge moves heat out of the box to keep it cold. A heat pump does the opposite: it moves heat from the air into your water tank.

Moving heat takes far less energy than making it. That’s where your savings come from.

Heat pumps, explained

Watch it work.

Our quick animated explainer shows how a heat pump pulls warmth from the air to heat your water. No jargon, promise.

Why make the switch?

Save up to 75%

*Your savings depend on your usage, tariff and the system you’re replacing.

Say goodbye to gas

No gas to burn for hot water, and one less bill if you go all-electric.
